FIFTH OPEN CONTEST OF THE MUSICIANS

"YOUTHFUL ASSEMBLIES OF ARTS"



The Contest is open to pianists, violinists, cellists and flutists of all nationalities.
The Contest will passe on two nominations:
à) Concert (in one round on videocartridges);
b) Solo programs (in three rounds, 1st round - on audiocassette, 2nd and 3rd rounds-publicly).
Contestants may participate in one or two nominations.


The general provisions

The Contest is open to young musicians born after November 10-th, 1988.
The structure of Jury is identical to both nominations.
For participation in the Contest it is necessary to present to the organizer's address before April 30th 2002 (date on postmark):
- photocopy of the certificate about birth;
- biography maximum length one typed page, writing a surname, name of your teacher and accompanist, complete name and address of school, indicate any prizes obtained, any awards, grants; your telephone, fax or E-mail);
- one black & white photo 13x18ñì;
- program with the exact name of executed compositions, their authors, opus;
- receipt on payment of an entrance fee. The entrance fee is US $30. The Contest organizers must receive the sum netto on the account of "Assemblies of Arts" Society.

Video- and audiocassettes do not come back. The Organizing Committee will announce results of selection on both nominations after June 20th 2002.
